I'm so cold.
As is the wind surrounding you.
The earth surrounding you.
The love surrounding you.
Feel the fall air surround you; crushing your heart, slicing your lungs with it's icy claws.
As the blood gushes from your heart,
the only warmth you've felt in so long.
The only warmth you'll ever feel.
The autumn sky is navy. You don't like the color navy.
That's it, you just don't like it, not hate it.
You're cold and empty and lost,
but it's just light enough that you can still see the pain seeping it's way through, drenching your thoughts.
In your pain drenched thoughts you see the world as it truly is.
The saturated browns, and blood soaked reds. You see the ugliness,
the truth, around you.
And its beautiful.
You lick your lips, grimacing slightly as decay fills your nose.
Ecstasy and lust tug at your mind,
depression gnaws at your heart, insecurity slides around uneasily in your stomach. The world starts to envelope you,
humanism falls down on you like simple, small snowflakes,
caking to your thoughts.
The world bends around you,
distorting all you know and love, into ugly facettes of your virtues.
Your lover, nothing but a trophy. Money turns into snakes, biting at your hands. Your humanity turns into pride itself, and aims a guns to your head,
but you hold the trigger.
The cold of the night sets you ablaze,
freezing you so harshly your insides are on fire.
Your mind is a match, making sparks with the thoughts of insanity
bashing about in your head.
Palms sweating, toes curling, body drenched in blood and terror,
you release your last solid breath.
The solid breath becomes your bullet.
One final bullet.
Wrath whispers in your ear, telling you to pull.
Greed whispers in the other, persuading you to give it all up.
Lust warms you with a kiss, and abruptly takes it back, torturing you.
Pride just watches, his cold eyes staring into yours.
Your finger shakes on the trigger.
Your grip tightens,
and gluttony plays your favorite song in the background,
even more torture.
Your slowly squeeze the trigger.
With a bang the darkness finally takes you.
You hear Pride laughing in the background, mocking your last moments of your life, the last moments of your suffering.
